Our voice is OneVoice

To feel heard is to feel respected. At Schneider Electric, we don’t assume we know what our employees are thinking, or what’s best for them — we ask them, twice a year, every year. We can’t expect to thrive without their honest input, and that is where the OneVoice satisfaction survey comes in. Managed by an independent polling firm, it provides a detailed view of employee satisfaction, and keeps us moving forward as a unified force.
